Really like the game. Only complaints are that it is a little short/shallow, and that it became too easy in the end game.

Probably doesn't belong on the front page

I appreciate this, and it actually did make me laugh. However, I don't think this really deserves a spot on the front page.

One of the previous reviewers (the one that you completely tore apart) mentioned that a flash movie/game can become much more popular than it normally would have, considering the effort it took to make it, if it pertains to a topic in current events. This game, is an example.

PS: I am pretty positive that I removed all the blocks, but nothing happened, as you implied in a previous review.

Oh, yeah Tom puts topically relevant stuff on the front page. He does it for April Fools Day and Christmas n all sorts of stuff, it's no big secret.
I'm not here to cheese my way to Daily 5th or anything, I just literally made this in like half an hour on the day and thought it was funny.
Yeah nothing happens if you win, the joke is the censor bar. That's the joke.

The funny thing is that I barely care about all this SOPA stuff, and this game's clearly preaching to a choir that's already chose their side. If anything, I accidentally made a game that's in SUPPORT of SOPA, because it's censoring a free emulated version of Arkanoid, which is a copyright-protected game.

I think the way everyone's jumping on this FREEDOM bandwagon is pretty hilarious, as if every average joe is a white knight in shining armour cos he said YO MAN PIRATE BAY IS FUCKIN SICK, THE GOVERNMENT CAN EAT A DICK!!
I changed my company's twitter avatar to "SOPA RULES!!!" and tweeted about how we support sopa and everyone else can fuckin sit on it, and that got some funny reactions. I was genuinely surprised that nobody else was doing that joke.

Looking back, I wish I would've made a game that made fun of how the internet was reacting to this whole thing. I think that would've been smarter, more true to what I was actually thinking about, and more unique. Making a game about internet censorship was juts a pretty easy target.
BUT I made it in like 30 minutes, so WHATA YA GONNA DO lol!

I did not have fun playing this game

You made a game that truly portrays the spirit of old school gaming...the problem is, I personally hate old school games. I really wanted to see this ending that you talk to highly of, but I can't say that the frustration of having to replay the same level over again for some stupid reason would be worth it.

Not as good as other KLOM games

Yes, this does develop the story that is developing in the series, but there was little valuable game play in this version. Part of characterized the series was the upgrades,exploration, and challenging rooms, similar to metroid type games. This game was not very challenging and was short. I hope KLOM 3 is more like the original.

Great Game!

Metroid/8bit-style adventure games seem to be getting pretty popular, but I have to say that this one stands a cut above the rest because it was executed perfectly.

If you decided to make a sequel, you should call it "Odyssnail"...heh

I would buy this for my iPhone

My Advice: make a version this game for smartphones (tilt control to move left/right, and tap the screen to jump). I would gladly pay a dollar, or even two or three, to play this. I guarantee you it would sell like hot cakes.

At first, it's amazing because it looks pretty, but after about 5 minutes you realize how shallow and uninteresting it really is.

For what it is, it does its job well. But I think by now, coming up with a very average flash game based on popular current events is more predictable and less creative. Also, you took an even further step down the derivative path by using both the wilhelm and howie screams.
