This reminds me of Mirrors Edge. Every about this game is great, especially the style, concept, and art, but with the exception of at times unresponsive controls. In a game where one mistake can make you win or lose, you should be able to jump at the instant you want to - with no delay.

The nicest thing about this game is obviously the art direction.

My only complaint is that I wish the trumpet solo could have been longer than just 4 measures. Though they were in fact a very tasteful 4 measures...

The art could have been better though, and just so you know, in order to have a current, you need a complete circuit between positive and negative terminals...just throwing it out there in case you want to make a more realistic sequel or something

When it comes to rhythm, flash is very limited. The note charts are unresponsive and awkwardly written. For instance, you should not be pressing two keys for an instrument not playing chords, and you shouldn't be quickly switch from leads to background voices just because there is a rest and an interesting fill in the music.
Considering what you had to work with, it shows you know what you're doing, but the idea was flawed from the beginning due to the lack of fundamental elements.

The game was alright, very natural paddle movements, but why would you even bother giving three lives if the game resets after you lose a life?

PS- you most likely didn't get the idea from your friend saying "Dude, imagine pong, but in a circle"
